Skills Work

In order for us to get better, you as players need to work on your skills outside of regular practice and trainings.  Skills work (homework) will probably only take about 10-15 minutes, so you shouldn't have any problems completing it.  As an incentive to complete your skills work every week, I am implementing an incentive plan.  It's very easy, demonstrate your newly acquired skill perfectly with both feet to one of the coaches.  If you do this, you will receive jersey number for your key rings.  Just a tip, don't think of how much work is required, just take it one day at a time.  You can do it ladies, keep it up.
